Don’t Just Track Your Body. Learn it.
supportHER helps you notice your signals, understand your patterns and choose the support your body may need, across cycles and hormonal transitions.
Your body isn't failing the tracker.
The tracker was never designed around your body.
—Your cycle changes and the app keeps predicting the same thing.
—You notice symptoms but don't understand how they connect.
—Daily tracking begins to feel like surveillance.
—Your body doesn't follow a 28-day template.
Not another period tracker. It sits between a tracking app and a practitioner.
How supportHER works.
Daily check-ins
Notice what is happening without being forced to log everything.
Personal patterns
See changes relative to your own baseline, not an average woman.
Embodied support
Access movement, breathwork, meditation and nervous-system tools.
Better health conversations
Collect the observations that help you arrive at appointments with clearer questions.
supportHER uses AI to help organize and reflect patterns in the information you choose to share. It does not diagnose, predict medical outcomes, or replace professional care.
What you can notice supportHER never isolates a period from the rest of your life.

Supports that helped
Built alongside women not simply for them.
supportHER began with conversations, daily check-ins and community research. Seventeen women completed more than three months of check-ins, helping shape the language, experience and signals the platform reflects.
"For the first time, I'm not blaming or ashamed. I feel empowered and excited."

Why supportHER exists
Natalie Kakon
Natalie Kakon is a naturopath specializing in the menstrual cycle, movement educator, and founder of supportHER. For more than 20 years, she has worked with women through movement and embodiment, helping them build a deeper relationship with their bodies.
At 34, that work became deeply personal when she was diagnosed with early menopause. Determined to understand her own body and the systems influencing it, she began paying closer attention to the patterns and signals that conventional snapshots often miss. Six years later, she began ovulating again, an experience that reshaped the way she approached women’s health. She created supportHER so women could become better acquainted with their own bodies, understand their patterns, and feel more informed as they move through change.
Amina Sheriff
Amina Sherif is a seasoned engineering and technology leader with over a decade of experience scaling product and engineering teams across the retail, e-commerce, and SaaS industries. A University of Toronto engineering alumna, Amina brings rigorous technical knowledge and a product-first mindset to women’s health technology.
Her passion for SupportHer is rooted in her own lived experience navigating endometriosis and fibroids. Frustrated by traditional tracking tools that treated her body like a broken clock, Amina is combining her technical expertise with personal discovery to build the tool she wished existed, one that empowers women to tune into their bodies' actual signals rather than relying on rigid predictive math.
Fatemeh Aghaaliakbari
Fatemeh Aghaaliakbari is a PhD researcher in Intelligent Systems at Concordia University, specializing in artificial intelligence and machine learning. Her work focuses on developing intelligent approaches that learn from data and adapt to changing conditions.
Fatemeh’s passion for supportHER comes from its vision of using technology to help women better understand their own bodies. She brings her AI expertise to the development of personalized approaches that learn each individual’s unique patterns over time and help identify meaningful changes.
